"If you haven't felt ice cotton before, it has a very dry hand to it reminscent of washi knits that helps it wear incredibly cool, hence the name. I appreciate what Okochi does here with the irregular ribbing - what you can't see in photos is that it makes for a very loose knit, but not in the see-through way, as it's the ribs that are loose.
