"This is what Wythe's all about, capturing the essence of those vintage pieces we see referenced time and time again in a way that really does the source justice. Their balmacaan has these voluminous, raglan shoulders that have a shape of their own, rather than falling inanimately on the wearer. It's something we don't see enough in modern bals and I think what sets this coat apart from the others. The cloth is a redux of a tweed featured on Wythe's first ever piece of outerwear, a western coat we stocked back in 2020, and while we loved that one while we had it, it's a real treat to see it live on in a shape that's second nature to us at this point."---Ludwin
