"Tattersall check, meet beefy cotton flannel! Tattersall is such a classic British fishing and hunting shirt pattern, usually done on a twill or oxford fabric. This version is done in a plush cotton flannel with a generous buttoned collar, giving it that edge we didn't know we needed. This make-up uses a luxurious Italian cotton flannel with a soft hand, a superb color palette and a great roll to the collar. I'm a fan."---Greg

Ginosa is a small village in Puglia, known to some for its Gravina, an amazing archeological formation of ravines, caves and churches carved into the rock. It is also home to G. Inglese, a small haberdashery and shirt maker known of sartorial aficionados for years, and catapulted into the headlines when Angelo Inglese was selected by Prince William to make his wedding shirt.

Angelo Inglese's desire to perpetuate traditions transmitted from his grandfather often pushes him to dig out archives and replicate patterns and skills now gone from the world of shirtmaking. We have seen a lot of high end shirts, and had never seen a handmade shirt to the level of G. Inglese's.
