When Simon Crompton, founder and editor or Permanent Style, launched the idea of menswear awards, nominated and voted by the site's readers, we were intrigued and excited to see our little world of men's style and fashion animated with something as exciting as an award show !
One of the category for these awards was called "Best customer experience" and asked readers to nominate and vote for the brand that they thought has been the best for customer service, in-store / online experience and quality of brand.
We were surprised - and honored - to see our name getting nominated many times by Simon's readers, and read religiously all the heart-warming feedback and praises posted there.
As an online store, we often crave the human interaction that would allow us to hear directly from happy customers - so this was eye-opening and wonderful for our team.

Once the votes were tallied and tabulated, we were ecstatic to receive a call from Simon to give us the news that No Man Walks Alone had received the most votes and was the winner of the award.
It meant a lot to us back then and continues to mean a lot, to receive this feedback and that our customers went out of their way to take the time to nominate us and vote for us. And we look forward to continuing to serve our customers the best we can.
