We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If an item doesn’t fit or is not to your liking, we offer free exchange and returns on all regular price orders - no questions asked!

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. You can initiate a return of an item within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund the full cost of the merchandise or its equivalent in store credit as long as the item is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and with all packaging, including the No Man Walks Alone tag still attached. We will not accept returns, and will not offer refunds for special order items (custom, made-to-order), underwear/hosiery, gift cards and any final sale products. Final sale products are clearly indicated as such. We will not accept returns of shoes which are scuffed, scratched or otherwise show signs of wear. As such, we recommend that you try on the shoes on a carpet or other soft surface.  In the event that any returned item is rejected, we will ship the item back to the customer.

You can expect your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and we issue refunds in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

No Man Walks Alone issues only ONE free return shipping label per order, even if that one order includes multiple items.
If you are returning more than one item from the same order, you must initiate a return for each item you wish to return. To avoid any unnecessary expense and reduce carbon footprint, please ship all items in the same box using the free label.

Please note that prepaid return labels are only available for US orders - we unfortunately cannot offer free return shipping on any international orders.

Our returns policy is flexible and generous as we want every customer to have an easy shopping experience and be fully satisifed with their purchase.    We continuously monitor the rate of returns and customers who repeatedly return orders at a rate that we consider excessive will be flagged and could, at our sole discretion, see their account terminated and/or future orders being canceled.   If this is the case with your account, we will contact you to let you know.
